Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns are resolved as store credit or exchange only. We only accept returns on items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of shipment date, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit
Store credit requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

All return expenses — including the flat rate fee and any applicable restocking fees — are paid by the customer
Item Condition
We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Carrier Responsibility
SOMAR is not responsible for the delivery of packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not a shipping carrier or service; therefore, we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. Any delivery issues or claims must be handled directly through the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
At SOMAR, we ship globally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model to provide a seamless experience and prevent unexpected charges upon delivery.
International Orders (Duties Included): For shipments to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Eurozone (including France, Germany, Italy, etc.), and 146 other international countries, all customs duties and taxes are included in your purchase.
United States Orders: For orders shipping to the US, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and added separately to your order total at checkout.
Because we collect these fees upfront, you will not be required to pay any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees to the carrier upon receiving your delivery.
Order Modifications
Any requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to make changes as fulfillment may have already begun.
